Environment in Sikkim

Sikkim is a state in Northeastern India. It borders the Tibet Autonomous Region of China in the north and northeast, Bhutan in the east, Koshi Province of Nepal in the west and West Bengal in the south. It is also close to the Siliguri Corridor which borders Bangladesh.

Why to Understand Customer Requirements

Understanding customer requirements clearly is the first step towards achieving the customer satisfaction. The customer requirements are mostly given in the purchase orders raised by customers. Sometimes, they are also called as order specifications. There is a requirement of contract review in Quality management System (QMS). Customer order or may be a contract with the customer has to reviewed by the organization, before acceptance, for assessing the capability of the organization of meeting the customer requirements. If this is not done, there is a risk of order processing getting stuck somewhere during subsequent processes.

When organization wants to be one of the world-class companies; it has to grow multidimensional. Only growing revenue wise is not adequate to become world-class company, the revenue might be one of the factors.

Quality Management System (QMS) is primarily used to control the quality of finished products that go to the customers. It’s not only the quality of finished products is important, however the quality of processes, quality of systems, quality of people etc. also matter equally.
